Pandemic / Online Class Policy

Refunds are not applicable if a student does not wish to continue with online classes that were shifted from offline mode due to government regulations or emergency situations.

Students may rejoin offline classes once classroom batches resume.

Advanced Seat Reservation Refund Policy

Any seat booked / reserved / enrolled (online or offline), once the fee is paid, it CANNOT be refunded under any circumstances.

Excellence Technology Course Enrollment, Downgrade & Refund Policy (Legally Binding)

Upon successful enrollment and confirmation in any course offered by Excellence Technology, the enrollment shall be deemed final, confirmed, and non‑reversible.

No Downgrade Policy

Once a student is enrolled in a specific course and a seat is allocated in a batch, no request for course downgrade, course change, or transfer to a lower‑value program shall be entertained, regardless of the reason.

No Refund / No Adjustment Policy

All fees paid towards course enrollment are strictly non‑refundable and non‑adjustable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Personal reasons

• Medical reasons

• Financial reasons

• Professional reasons

• Non‑attendance

• Partial attendance

• Dissatisfaction with course

• Batch dissatisfaction

• Course switching requests

• Upgrade/downgrade requests

Limited Seat Allocation Policy

Excellence Technology operates on a limited‑seat batch system. Once a seat is reserved:

• The seat is blocked

• The institute loses opportunity to allocate it to another student

Therefore, the fee paid is treated as seat‑blocking consideration, which is strictly non‑refundable by nature.

Student Responsibility Clause

It is the sole responsibility of the student to understand:

• Course curriculum

• Course duration

• Course structure

• Deliverables

• Training methodology

• Certification scope

• Eligibility

• Career outcomes

Excellence Technology shall not be liable for misunderstandings or misinterpretations.

No Exception Clause

This policy applies uniformly to all students without exception.

No verbal commitments, WhatsApp messages, emails, counselor conversations, or informal communication shall override this written policy.

Acceptance & Consent

By enrolling in any course and/or making payment (full or partial), the student:

• Unconditionally agrees to this policy

• Accepts all terms

• Waives rights to dispute

• Waives refund claims

• Waives downgrade requests

• Waives legal objections

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India.
